Named the best startup of Russia in the field of environmentally sound technologies

15 October in Moscow international forum "Open innovations" identified four winners of the Federal contest-accelerator technology startups GenerationS – one winner in each industry branch. The winner in the direction of CleanTech (clean technology) was the Krasnodar company "Nanoserv".

Technology “Nanoserv” allows you to clean pipe and heat equipment from scale and salts with lactic acid bacteria. They devour industrial scale and leave the equipment clean and undamaged. In the result of bacteria patency of the pipes is increased, power consumption is reduced by half. The technology was developed in the late eighties, microbiologist Victor Zvenigorod. Now "Nanoserv" sells not just a solution on the basis of bacteria, but a comprehensive service for evaluating, preparing, and cleaning of heating equipment using its technology.



The company's turnover for the first three quarters of 2014 amounted to 30 million rubles. “Nanoserv” has already signed twenty “long” contracts, mainly with industrial structures and institutions of the Ministry of education of the southern Federal district. For 2015, big plans: the development and expansion of the dealer network (at the moment there are 49 dealers in the Russian Federation and representatives abroad), access to foreign markets. Negotiations with the European service companies and with municipal Agency of Iran.

The best in other industry tracks are: multifunction intelligent robot to work with clients Promobot (Industrial track), the technology for producing high-protein feed additive from waste of poultry industry Kera-Tech (BiotechMed track) and service logistics optimization for online stores, retailers, distributors, courier services and service companies VeeRoute (track IT).

The final Federal contest-accelerator GenerationS was held in the framework of the Moscow international forum "Open innovations". The 25 strongest projects GenerationS presented their projects to a jury of 100 Russian and foreign investors. The jury evaluated the presented at the investment session by seven major projects criteria: the command value problems and solutions, understanding of market, technical feasibility, competitive advantages, scalable business model, and possible capitalization of the project on the horizon 3-5 years. The final score was the sum of the indicators for the criteria and evaluation of the investor to invest in the project own funds.



"GenerationS is the first major startup competition, which is held in our country, he has collected almost 2000 applications. Here today we see companies that their development will determine Russia's place on the global economic map", said at the opening of the final session of the contest Igor Agamirzyan, CEO and Chairman of the Board of RVC.

According to the results of GenerationS this year, about fifty projects have already entered into negotiations with Russian venture capitalists. In addition, several corporations have expressed a desire next year to join the project as organizers and partners. "Today a number of Russian corporations see in the GenerationS competition channel search interesting developments that can be used in solving their business problems. Today we are discussing partnerships with several companies that next year they plan to create a separate industry tracks for search technology, – commented Gulnara Bikkulova, Director of RVC innovation markets. – I want to thank the organizers, who included the RVC, MIDC, Moscow, Tomsk state University, Pulsar venture capital, Cleantech India, the Web Ready. The GenerationS team has implemented this unique project and has set a new standard for working with technology start-UPS".

Recall, the finalists of the contest of technological projects GenerationS, which was organized by RVC and Center for innovative development of Moscow with the support of the government of Moscow, were selected from nearly two thousand projects, after several stages of evaluation and educational intensives. In 2014 GenerationS for the first time were divided into four tracks – BioTechMed, Industrial, IT and CleanTech.
