Ham with potatoes and salad from Jamie Oliver

A quick recipe for a festive lunch or dinner. The classic combination of ham and potatoes in company with a wonderful fresh salad of apples and greens is a cozy family meal will be a success.
During the holidays nobody wants to stand for 3 hours at the stove, and Jamie is no exception. So every year the cook invents something – simple, tasty, versatile.
RECIPE: HAM WITH POTATOES AND SALAD
What you need:
500 g potatoes
2 slices of ham
mustard powder
a few sprigs of rosemary
salt, pepper, olive oil
Salad:
2-3 sweet-sour apples
watercress (or any lettuce that you have on hand)
1 tsp. honey
a pinch of salt and pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
How to cook ham with potatoes and salad:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, drain the water. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. To shake the pan so that each potato was covered in butter.
2. Put potatoes on a baking sheet with high sides and place in hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
3. * Both sides sprinkle with mustard, pepper and salt, carefully RUB it all into the meat. Sauté ham in olive oil, be sure to cover the pan with a lid to ham in the roasting process do not lose shape. Add the rosemary needles and cook for another 45 seconds.
4. Apples cut into very small cubes and mix with watercress.
5. For dressing mix the honey, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice and pour over salad.
6. On serving plate, spread ham, crispy potatoes and salad. If you wish, you can complement the dish with a poached egg.
