Simple recipe healthy oatmeal cookies

• tablespoon of honey;

• 2 apples;

• teaspoon of cinnamon;

• two handfuls of almonds;

•14 dates;

• a pinch of salt;

Rolled oats mixed with grated Apple, honey, cinnamon, salt. Leave for 20 minutes. Grind the almonds, add dates and again all grind-mix. Then add the nuts and dates mixture from oatmeal and other Goodies, flour, and then stir again! Flatten the dough into biscuits, bake at 200° C for about 20-25 minutes.published
