How to spend a weekend?

Friday evening is the best time to chat with friends over a glass of wine. On Saturday and Sunday this is not recommended, because your body may not be able to cope until Monday with the stress of a noisy party.

Imagine – Yes! It is from Saturday it is better to start a new life: to go on a diet, learn a new language or to play sports. You will not be distracted workflows, and you will be able to get into the rhythm of a new life.

Saturday is better to carry out a range of beauty treatments, haircut, a makeover and spring cleaning. All Saturday must pass an active, useful to themselves and others. But Sunday is the day of relaxation: you can treat yourself to doing nothing and talking "about life".

Make it a rule every weekend to do something you never tried before. It can be anything: cooking a new dish, walk on unfamiliar streets, a new hobby.published
