Mango, orange and ginger, and Your morning smoothie above all praise!

Ginger combines very well with mango, contains many antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory effects and also is extremely delicious!





INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup orange juice

  • ½ Large mango

  • 1 ¼ teaspoon ginger juice (see note below)

  • Optional: 1/2 ripe banana

TRAINING

Combine orange juice, mango, ginger juice in a blender. Blend until smooth texture. If you want a thicker drink, add a banana.

Tip: to get ginger juice, grate about 2 teaspoons ginger and squeeze through cheesecloth. published
