The I-th Orthodox ecological festival "to Save creation." Bashny.Net

From 3 to 6 December in the framework of the 2nd Russian ecological week in the Central house of artists on Krymsky Val will host the 1st Orthodox ecological festival "to Save creation." It is organized by Interregional public movement for the revival of spiritual traditions of the "Orthodox Russia" with the assistance of the Synodal Department for Church and society, the Environmental chamber of Russia and the newspaper on ecological lifestyle of GREEN CITY.

Festival "Save the creation" will become an important spiritual and meaningful component of the Russian ecological week. The goal of the festival is to pay attention to that that the Russian Orthodox Church is an expression of the centuries-old tradition of sacrifice, kindness and compassion, respect for nature and love of the animal world, to show the public, the environmental community and the media, as a lot of interesting and good environmental projects done at the initiative of the Church in different parts of the country.

The festival will be held an international photo contest and exhibition of the best works by Amateur photographers "My temple – my green garden", which are designed to extinguish the conflict, artificially fomented by the part of environmental activists over the construction of new temples in Moscow.

 





 

To participate in the contest, photographs of the city of Orthodox churches from Russia and other countries, which are in the natural oasis harmoniously surrounded by green spaces, "drowning" and flowers, revealing small Islands of nature in the city.

The competition runs for 30 days (from October 10 to November 10, 2015) – the works sent to the festival organizing Committee, there are competitive selection and from 3 to 6 December the best 40 works will be exhibited during the Festival in the Central house of the artist. After the end of the exhibition in Central house of artists 10 works of the winners will be exhibited at the open exhibition in the "Museum of environmental art" on one of the Central boulevards of Moscow to the period 9 December 2015-17 January 2016.

The stages of the Contest:

STAGE I – from 10 October to 10 November 2015. Works sent to the festival organizing Committee, there are competitive selection.

II STAGE – from 11 November to 16 November. Viewing the jury, summarizing, determining the winners.

STAGE III – from 3 to 6 December. The best 40 works will be exhibited during the Festival in the Central house of the artist.

Conditions for participants:

1) work Requirements: works should have a title, name, place where you took the shot. The competition accepts only electronic versions of photos in JPG, TIF, RAW. Allowed processing photos with the help of computer programs (graphic editors), the intelligent use of retouching, emphasizing the author's intent. Photos should be suitable for large format printing (photo resolution 300 dpi).

2) Maximum number of photographs per participant – two photographs.

3) Participants will guarantee that they have the personal non-property and exclusive property copyright to photographs submitted to the photo Contest.

4) Violation of copyright of third parties is cause for disqualification of the Participant.

5) Photographs submitted to the competition may be rejected from participation in the competition, in the following cases:

– the pictures do not correspond the subject of the competition;

low artistic and technical quality of the photos

6) Interregional public movement for the revival of spiritual traditions of the "Orthodox Russia" reserves the right to use the works to Contest (with attribution), the special exhibitions in order to extinguish the conflict, artificially fomented by the part of environmental activists over the construction of new temples in Moscow and for posting on the website and monitors partners and communication materials of the Orthodox ecological festival "to Save creation."

8) the jury consists of representatives of:
