The Rostov firm plans to start production of wind turbines for export
LLC "Personal power" has developed the project of a modern vetroenergoustanovki that allows 1.5-2 times more energy than existing methods. At the moment, "Personal power" looking for an investor to implement the technology and to confirm the planned values of cost of electricity. The necessary investments in the first phase — 12 mln. the Total cost of the project (the creation of serial production of wind turbines) is estimated at 190 million rubles. As he admits, the prospect to receive a loan under this project is close to zero due to the high degree of risk. In the case of investor attraction innovators ready to offer him a 75% stake in the company.
The company does not consider Russia as the market of the developed setup is to sell products it is supposed exclusively abroad.
Russia today is not of interest due to the fact that there is a very low price of electricity. And very difficult to cross all kinds of barriers that are created in this way – primarily administrative, plus there are obstacles on the part of retail companies, – explained he.According to experts, such a project really is more suitable for foreign than for the Russian market.
Such power plant does not currently have real prospects in Russia, as due to the low cost of electricity production by conventional methods, and by legal and technical problems related to connecting alternative energy sources to the grid, – said the Agency representative of the energy company CONSTANT ("Kamehameha") Nicholas Kotsyuk.In his opinion, the development of export potential in countries with developing economies — including in the CIS, Eastern Europe, Asia and the middle East.
According to the trade business portal Allbiz today 91% of wind turbines produced in Russia, accounts for the domestic market and only 9% are exported. Most overseas orders for wind turbines comes from Kazakhstan, Armenia and Bulgaria.
Note that now in the Rostov region implemented a fairly large project in the field of alternative energy, initiated by the German SoWiTec Group. We are talking about the construction of a wind farm with a capacity of 100-200 mW on the shores of the Gulf of Taganrog (in the territory set aside for the establishment of a gambling zone "Azov-city"). The project cost is estimated at 6 billion rubles As explained by the "RBC-South" Agency of innovative development of the Rostov region, now comes the process of registration of land plots.
