Determine when you should drink a glass of water and stick to this schedule every day, for example: 8:00, 15:00, 21:00 is your water clock. All you have to do is drink a glass of water at the right time. To do this, you can install a special application on the phone that will signal that it is time to “wet your throat.” Every day, drinking water at a certain time, you will get used to this regimen and it will soon become a habit.
