Russia's first eco-friendly hotel with tree houses Bashny.Net

In a picturesque place on the border of Moscow and Vladimir regions began the construction of Russia's first eco-friendly hotel with houses on trees and on the water. Outstanding guests of the complex will be able to feel unity with nature every day and enjoy through the Windows in the spectacular views.



 

The project for the construction of the hotel is implemented by the company Alliance De Luxe. The complex is called Nest Hotel, which translated to English sounds like "hotel nest". Eco-friendly hotel, situated 70 kilometres East of the capital in the bend of the river Kirzhach, will be able to accept first visitors already this summer.



 

The project site is located on a forest plot area of 6 hectares. The composition of the Nest Hotel will include about thirty houses, fifteen cottages on the water. Guests can enjoy the scenery from the Windows, and relax in the fresh air. The area of the buildings on the water will be about 30 square meters, and houses in trees from 12 to 24 square meters. Therefore, guests can select the hotel module.



 

Themselves design will be attached to trees using hoops, which are wrapped around the trunks. Every year the diameter of the hoops is planned to increase to compensate for the regular growth of trees. Overall, Nest Hotel will have minimal impact on the environment because the project does not provide a permanent structure, asphalt road and underground utilities, as domestic facilities will be located separately from the houses.





In addition to the houses in the trees and water, the complex will house the plague, yurts, dome houses and thatched cottages. All houses will be heated, so eco-friendly hotel can receive visitors all year round. At the Nest Hotel will also include an area for camping, so guests can stay in tents.



In addition to residential buildings, the complex will include boat station, rental bikes, kayaks and fishing gear, sports and playgrounds, a rope town and the club. All guests will get to enjoy the sandy beach on the Bank of the Kirzhach.

Company Alliance De Luxe is engaged in the construction of the eco-friendly hotel, is planning to open similar complexes near St. Petersburg and in Sochi, the Crimea and on the Azov sea coast. published
