If these reports are confirmed, the McLaren P1 will be the fastest production electric car.
The standard McLaren P1 is equipped with a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged 727-horsepower and 177-horsepower electric motor. Their total capacity is 904 horsepower. The machine is equipped with a 7-speed automatic transmission with double clutch. Produced only 375 units of McLaren P1 and all were sold shortly after the premiere at a price of $1,000,000 apiece.
