Colorful Rose Sushi. Multi-colored rose sushi
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 sheet nori
180g rice sushi
6 slices prosciutto
2 slices of cucumber
3 slices smoked salmon
3 sheets of thin egg omelette
2 thin sticks of cucumber
(Stuffing rose)
1 sheet thin egg omelette
salmon flakes
smoked salmon
denbu (sweet fish flakes)
LET's Cook...
Cut into strips cucumber, thin egg omelet, prosciutto and smoked salmon to the same width. Place 2 slices of ham on top of each other to make 3 sheets.
To roses, accidentally place salmon flakes, smoked pieces Salmond and denbu fish flakes on top of a sheet of egg omelet and roll up tightly.
Place the plastic wrap on your work surface. Lay strips of cucumber, omelet, ham and smoked salmon on the diagonal.
Place a sheet of nori on top. Then spread the rice on the sushi, making sure to smooth the surface.
Place a rolled rose filling on top of rice along with cucumber sticks and roll up tightly.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting into serving size pieces.

LET'S GET COOKING...
Cut the cucumber into strips, thin egg omelette, prosciutto and smoked salmon to the same width. Place 2 slices of prosciutto on top of each other to make 3 sheets.
To make the rose, randomly place salmon flakes, smoked salmond pieces and denbu fish flakes on top of the sheet of egg omelette and roll up tightly.
Place plastic wrap onto your work surface. Arrange the strips of cucumber, omelette, prosciutto and smoked salmon diagonally.
Place the sheet of nori on top. Then spread the sushi rice on, making sure to level off the surface.
Place the rolled up rose filling on top of the rice along with the cucumber sticks and roll up tightly.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting into serving size pieces.
