Yesterday (August 28, 2007), in Baku collapsed recently constructed building. According to the latest figures, killed 6 chlovek. The basic version is considered a gross violation of the rules of technical safety during construction. In the construction company "Mutefekkir" built this house, there was no proper documentation and permits for construction works.
