Family of Madrid needed a new building that would fully reflect their lifestyle to travel around the world. Z4Z4 AAA Architectural bureau was able to realize all our plans in this project Tobogan residence in Spain.
Detached house of 512 square meters is represented by two blocks, built on the southern slope and bathing in the rays of sunlight. One of them elevated above ground level. This two-level volume seemed to hover in the air and hangs over the garden. The first floor of the house, in contrast, is enclosed between the concrete walls. The garden is an important part of the object, letting nature into the house.
