30 square meters, but it has everything you need for schastya.Dom dreams do not always have to look like a castle, so you can feel comfortable in it. For example, it may be a tiny house with an area of only 30 square meters, which is on the coast. Despite this small size, it may be all for a happy life - and a beautiful view.

But there is a lovely living room with access to the sea.
Master bedroom with circular window, behind which the sun shines gentle.
Compact and versatile kitchen.
Neat bathroom.
Design doors that create a feeling that you are in the cabin of a ship.
Fireplace, around which you can warm up and read a volume of Bulgakov, in bad weather.
On the terrace you can sunbathe.
And a romantic candlelight dinner.
And - 30 square meters!
And, of course, the beautiful views that can not be forgotten.
This is not just a design project. The house of my dreams there. It is located in Cornwall, England. And someone was already living there.
