Crypt of Civilization - a time capsule, which is scheduled to open in 8113, the year
Hello 5000 through let
In the period from 1937 to 1940, before the Second World War, the men and women of the University of Georgia in Ogletorp donated their documents, records and other memorabilia, and will put them in a safe deposit. Now, this is known as the crypt crypt of civilization - it was specifically designed to be opened no earlier 8113th year n. e.
The idea occurred to the dean of the University, who realized that the ancient civilizations left no traces that can tell something about the culture and traditions of the people of that time. Dean, like many other people on the eve of the war, realized that civilization reached a turning point.
Then he created a repository for valuable historical documents and things like that, and put it under the university. Over the next three years, Dean and his disciples gathered records on microfilm and placed them in storage.
These vaults are called time capsules. Just two of the world - on the first one you just read, and the second was set up in 1965 in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, New York. Both capsules have been specially designed to lend a measly 5,000 years.
