An unusual chocolate dessert, without eggs and milk: delicious "Crazy cake."

4 tbsp. l. sugar; 0, 25 Art. cocoa powder; 1, 5, Art. water (or 0, 75 st. milk + 0, 75 st. of water); 2 tbsp. l. starch.
Cooking:
1. eruption in a bowl all bulk ingredients for the dough.
2. Pour the vinegar, water and vegetable oil.
3. Vzbey whisk, pour the mixture into a greased split mold. Put in a preheated 170-180 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.
4. Get, cool and out onto a plate.
5. Prepare fill: In a saucepan pour 1, 5 cups of water (or milk and half water). Add sugar, cocoa powder and stir.
6. In Article 1/4. water dissolve 2 tbsp. l. starch, pour in the pan in a thin stream. Put on the stove.
7. As soon begins to thicken, remove from heat, cool, zaley cake.
Desserts get a very lush, airy and soft. Excellent cake, which can be served with tea.
