Cove 3 is located on a cliff on the ocean, in one of the most southerly point of Africa - the popular resort town of Knysna.





One of the main design elements acts slope of the roof, forming a canopy around the perimeter. She leaned toward the solstice day, so during the hottest hours in the room is not exposed to direct sunlight. Roof itself has low thermal conductivity, so that is stored within a comfortable temperature throughout the day. Thanks to a strong foundation and reinforced metal frame made possible the widespread use of panoramic windows. And it's really worth it - the view from the windows offering stunning! The interior is decorated in the familiar style of SAOTA: predominance of wood, stone, glass and concrete to finish combined with elegant furnishings, most of which are made to order, in the wardrobe fitted wardrobes from Italy.
