Grigoryan proposes to create 37 urban "port of the future" - as he calls the area near the water, surrounded by buildings. 26 of them will have the value of the district, and 11 - city. He revealed details of the project two ports: near the business center "Moscow City" in Mnёvnikah, where in 2016 a plan to build a complex of parliamentary buildings. The final concept will be presented in the spring, and everything will be implemented by 2035. After 20 years - and in place of Moscow will be a garden city.
