Every year, May 9, residents of Visaginas (Lithuania) in order to celebrate the date of the Victory Day, gathered at the monument to victims of the Second World War, where the remains of four unknown soldiers.

This year, the local government has banned to hold any celebrations dedicated to the May 9 celebrations.

The program of the festival included the participation of senior citizens chorus that sang Russian songs of war. These songs created an atmosphere of unity and touched the hearts of the inhabitants of the city. In the same year, city residents will not hear these songs.

Singing songs of Russian veterans of the war are now outlawed ...
