Ivan Kuznetsov Philippovich (December 28 1928 - January 21, 1989) - participant of the Great Patriotic War, the gun commander of the 185th Guards Artillery Regiment (82 th Guards Rifle Division, 8th Guards Army 1st Belorussian Front), junior sergeant, complete Commander of the Order of Glory, the youngest (17 years old), Commander of the Order of Glory of three degrees.




Born on December 28, 1928 in the village Migulinskaya Kamensky (now the Upper) district of Rostov region in a peasant family.
He graduated from the 7 classes of rural school and fall of 1941, was on the temporarily occupied territory by German troops until the liberation of the Southern Front in January 1943.
14-year-old Ivan voluntarily, as the son of the 185th Guards Artillery Regiment was accepted for military service in the army - carriers of shells gun crew, then charging, and since June 1943 he became a gunner guns of the same regiment 8th Guards Army.
