The biggest hole

She is the dam of Monticello Dam's, in northern California. This tube is capable of passing through it 1,370 cubic meters of water per second. The depth of the hole is 21 meters. From top to bottom, it has a cone shape whose diameter at the top is 21, 6 meters, and tapers towards the bottom 8 to 4 meters.
