The new tower in downtown New York

Famous designer Ben van Berkel (Ben van Berkel) from the Netherlands has developed a project of the tower to be built in the heart of New York City. 20-storey building on a plan studio UNStudio will be covered with black iron bands that will shape the balconies, terraces and sun visors. Inside the tower will be placed, comfortable apartments and exclusive penthouses on the roof.
