The prison for especially dangerous in Illinois

Tamms Correctional Centre (Tamms Correctional Center) in Illinois was built to contain the most dangerous criminals of the state. The prisoners are held at least 23 hours a day in single cells measuring 7 by 12 feet. Contact with the outside world is strictly limited. During occasional visits relatives of prisoners chained to a chair and can only communicate through a glass partition.
