Abandoned water tower in Nizhny Novgorod

During his stay in LV blogger russos with krepkij_pit visited the abandoned pump house (Kuibyshev water tower), and also went into one of the drainage tunnels.

Well, the most interesting there - this capacity is 15 meters deep water. What she sang the role is unknown, but there had definitely come down.

Background:
Kuibyshev water tower - water pumping station, built in 1880 and lasted more than a century - until 1988. Now it is a cultural and historical heritage of the city, at the same time is almost disrepair. The building itself was once a very monumental and beautiful, as evidenced by the remains of the tiles on the floor, large windows and the very architecture of the building.
The station consists of two large rooms, several sections of the second floor, buyout barely survived. The roof has fallen in some places completely, but somewhere that and look to fall on his head. The building has a lot of wells and tanks (in the surrounding area too, actually), falling into which you can say goodbye not only health, but also life.
To date, this is the place - the abode of homeless people and representatives of various subcultures, as evidenced by the inscriptions on the walls and scattered trash. The future of the building is not known, it is rumored that he will make from the restaurant.
