The country Congo-Brazzaville SAPE is a movement whose activities did not stop even during the war years. Sometime during the French occupation of the Congo, I was born the myth that young people serving the settlers should be elegantly dressed. And in 1922, Andre Grenard Matsoua became the first Congolese returning from Paris dressed like a French "master" and insistence made furor among citizens.
