Spiral phenomenon

Early this morning the inhabitants of polar regions of Norway witnessed a fantastic natural phenomenon. The websites of local newspapers are now published the photos sent by readers - the skies over Alta and Tromso formed a giant spiral with blue glow inside her. Spiral swirled in front of the astonished audience. People call now newspapers and report on the phenomenon. Photo is send amateur blurry, but I hope that someone from the professional photographers in the places took this miracle more efficiently.
