Powerful Afghanistan - and without weapons!
Bodybuilding has become a very popular sport in Afghanistan, in a country where men like to look physically strong. This sport is available for the majority of Afghans, and after the fall of the Taliban, his popularity is growing in many provinces of the country.
Photos of Arnold Schwarzenegger is still hanging in many local halls as a reference bodybuilder. In 2002, it held its first post-Taliban bodybuilding competition. Under the Taliban, bodybuilders are not allowed to practice without being fully dressed in traditional Afghan clothing, and an annual championship of Afghanistan was banned, as athletes were prohibited from appearing half-naked in public.
