Tarakanovskiy fort

Fort was started in 1885, when the village belonged to the Cockroaches Rosiyskoy Empire. Construction of the fort completed by 1890. The main purpose of the fort - border protection, which took place very close. The scale of construction strike - specifically built hill, building materials were taken from the neighborhood. Conducted a telephone line. Fort supplied with its own bakery, a bath, a hospital and a church. But the funny thing is that the newly constructed building of genius in fact already in 1900 used just as a warehouse, and later as a prison. In 1915, Russian troops left the fort, and the Austrians, without hesitation capture the fort. However, already in 1916, the fort destroyed during Brusilovsky breakthrough. Under the Soviet government tried to think of all the fort for some purpose, but really did not think of. Well worth the fort to this day, nobody wanted ... just visiting tourists, adventurers.
