Brazilian organization So Ama built favela unusual for dogs.
Animals not kept in cages, but in ordinary kennels. The kennel is located on the southern edge of Caxias do Sul and holds about 1,600 dog beds. Cats have not forgotten - they are two hundred.
14 thousand dollars is spent every month for the purchase of 13 tons of food and veterinary medicine.
