Last night Muscovites decided to bring Moscow Mayor Luzhkov black mark. At city hall they were waiting for buses with riot police and 2nd operational regiment of militia. Arrested 31 people, including known human rights activist Lev Ponomarev, coordinator of the "Left Front" Sergei Udaltsov and deputy municipal assembly Welcome, co-chairman of the Moscow branch of the "Solidarity" Michael Velmakin.
