Zhirinovsky said that women endure heat more easily, but they should be allowed not to wear tights and stockings.

"Women are more easily - it can be easy to put on a dress, a skirt, so you'll just cancel tights and stockings. Who needs 35 degrees? But man proposes to allow a visit to the workplace without a tie, a shirt with short sleeves, in light trousers or formal shorts and business are not above the knee length.
