MiG hide in sand dunes
Iraqi Air Force fighter aircraft (MiG-25) was hidden in the dunes near the airport and al Takkaduma. The US military has dug it after the informant pointed to the place where the plane was buried. According to the informant, it was hidden in this way a dozen aircraft. The Iraqi command planned to subsequently recover them and return to duty. Buried in the Al Takkadume planes were covered with camouflage netting, sealed, and in some cases without wings.
