Conscript offered bribes to join the army

In the Sverdlovsk region headed the department of psychiatric hospital extorted money for a certificate of fitness for military service.

Extortionists, who decided to cash in on young people willing to serve in the army, was detained immediately after receiving the money.

19-year-old resident of Asbestos really wanted to serve in the army. Obstacle to the service became a 34-year-old Eugene Kochnev, head of the psychiatric hospital № 9. The doctor diagnosed the young man set associated with mental illness. And when the young man expressed a desire to be a soldier, the doctor promised to give you a certificate for 30 thousand rubles.

The recruit was able to collect only 15 thousand and went with the statement in DAEC.

 - The doctor took the money, allowing recruits to collect the remaining amount of 2 days, - told the assistant manager of the UPC in the Sverdlovsk region Alexander Shulga. - Extortionist was caught red-handed. The doctor admitted his guilt in full, his case goes to trial and will be treated in a special manner.
