Exciting new tariff rates.
Happy New Year SZPPK introduced a new scale of charges for tickets for commuter trains. Billing system, apparently, never understood, although there are some suggestions:
1) now for the entrance to the city from the suburbs will be taxed
or
2) on the way back kilometers long
or
3) distortion of the space-time continuum in the course of the train
This is possible only in Russian.
