Passing the post offices in Russia with the advertising slogan "honor me" inadvertently pose the question: in what direction? And what becomes? - I want to ask ... so ehidnenko recently received a letter from a friend's with this content. Paid for sending five hundred blood. Everybody knows that the disc is inadvertently broken, so it means such a policy, a type of censorship? Maybe someone knows why exactly we do not tense up at the post office mates breaking the contents of envelopes?
