This abandoned object is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the most expensive nuclear reactor in the world. Which remained unbuilt.
Crimean nuclear power plant was started in 1975 and it was to provide electricity for the entire Crimea. In 1984, it even announced the All-Union Komsomol building. In the midst of the construction of a day it was mastered by two (!!!) tier materials.
