The ship goes through the islands and collect weapons. our weapons. ammunition and equipment are sent to the mainland, and to replace them bring new ones.
look at the multi-ton combat vehicles that a couple of months to get melted down - hurt and offended. to give to private military vehicles will probably not soon.
but, honestly, the first technician who got to travel across the tundra and mountains, or simply - drove to the village - would TANK.
Shooting was done on the instructions of the Russian geo on Kunashir Island.
