Rescuers found Robinson in the White Sea

Rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Measures in the Arkhangelsk region found on one of the uninhabited islands in the White Sea, the man who led a life of two weeks of this Robinson. Man on October 1, was on the island, which came as a result of a shipwreck. And it helped to discover other catastrophe.

October 13 in the area of ​​Kemi wrecked boat, which was carrying a monk and a staff member of the Solovetsky monastery. Rescuers searched for several days of missing persons. They went in search today, Tuesday.

The helicopter Mi-8 Emergency Situations Ministry took off from Arkhangelsk and then received news that the island Russian Body local fisherman found the body of the missing monk. The remains of the ship as it turned out later, the monastic brethren, held here earlier searches, drove to Solovki.



It remained to find 27-year-old staff member. And although the chances of his recovery were negligible, rescuers continued to fly around the uninhabited islands of the White Mora, hoping to see the person.

Inspecting almost all of the island, rescue workers had gathered at the base, when seen on one of the rocky pieces of land a man. The size of the island called Little Sennuha - 50 to 100 meters.



The man barely moved the leg fatigue. Rescuers immediately raised poor on board. And then it turned out that a lone Robinson has no relation to the collapse of the boat with the monastic servants.



It turned out that the man - also a victim of the disaster. On the island he was on 1 October. That day, he went to sea from Solovki and went to Karelia in the blanks kelp (seaweed). However, the way it caught the storm shook the boat on the waves, she gave a leak and began to sink.



Swimming man reached the islands, one of the smallest Sennuhi. There he remained two and a half weeks. He ate, in his own words, algae, washing them down with rain water.



"To somehow escape from the weather, he built a hut - two large boulders laid boards, and spent the night there. First time from sunrise to sunset watching the sea, hoping to see some ship "- he said the rescuers.



Sergey (the name of 25-year-old young man who lives by the way, Arkhangelsk) told rescuers that three days ago, lost all hope of salvation, and today all want to slit my wrists. Fortunately, the rescuers had before.



It is noteworthy that if not for the tragedy of the monks, Sergei never would have found. For some reason the information about the disappearance of a young resident of Arkhangelsk has not received either the police or to the rescuers.
