Kazan City Duma session has traditionally started early. Yet the sun rose, and at the Liberty Square at City Hall were built in three rows of expensive cars. Deputy machines violated the parking rules and caused difficulty in the movement of Karl Marx.
As to the parliamentary rostrum left speaker, MPs do anything, just do not listen. Half of the elected representatives talked in whispers among themselves on abstract themes: in the hall stood hum. The other half sat quietly buried in the screens of their tablets.
