YouTube launched Russian subtitles

Video Hosting YouTube will automatically add subtitles to movies in Russian, according to the official blog of the service.
YouTube recognizes individual speech or video voiceover translates voice to text and displays the text of remarks over the video. Subtitles can be turned off if desired.
