The cellars of the plant "Arsenal"

The State Enterprise "Plant Arsenal" is the leading enterprise opto-mechanical and opto-electronic industry of Ukraine and was established in 1764. The plant produces camera "Kiev", LED traffic lights and opto-electronic systems for military and space needs. Currently, the plant was liquidated and removed from the register of enterprises of Ukraine.
