Nonhuman invaders already among us?
German entrepreneur T., decided to test the myth that Moscow no one reads contracts, asked his German lawyers to include in the text of the working standard contract for employees of the Russian office of a particular item.
So in Sec. 8.3.1. Relating to force majeure (& quot; ... man-made and natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism ... & quot;), were the words: & quot; ... the conquest of Earth by intergalactic invaders negumanoidnoy & quot ;.
The contract was signed in silence all employees of the Russian office - including Gdańsk lawyer. The latter fact led a German businessman T. in the dreary horror, and he called this same lawyer to his office.
- "You do read this agreement?»
- "Of course».
- "No, I do not read, do not read! How about item 8.3.1 ?! »
- "Normal point".
- "On non-human invaders?! ..»
And then the Russian office of the lawyer leaned to the German entrepreneur T. and quietly, gently said: "You look around something."
