Yesterday I sent just such a funny picture:
The photo shows that the person not to pay for parking money not just shyly covered his room like some redneck and changed one digit, make the sticker. That is not enough that the man himself deliberately breaking the law, so he deliberately substitutes an innocent man, who later would prove that he was "not a camel." And if you suddenly have an accident would be the same car, so he never prove that it is not parked there.
PS: I wonder what on this subject says the Criminal Code?
