07.24.2013, Moscow 14:40:07 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law abolishing the so-called "zero ppm" for drivers. The text of the law published in the official portal of legal information.
This paper introduced the concept of the law the minimum alcohol content in the blood to determine the state of intoxication of the driver, and with up to 50 thousand. Rub. increases the penalty for driving while intoxicated.
The law stipulates that the state of intoxication will be considered the existence of absolute ethanol at a concentration exceeding the possible total measurement error, namely, 0, 16 or more milligrams per liter of exhaled air.
