Russian filmmakers decided to remake the legendary Soviet painting "Ivan Vasilievich". One of the main roles in the film will play a leading and parodist Maxim Galkin.
Galkin has confirmed that he is fully engaged in this project. Shooting underway in Russia and Ukraine. For realization of creative plans this year Galkin even had to give up the vacation.
A new scenario is little known. Russian media reported that the director will depart from the "classic" script, written by Leonid Gaidai. Galkin will play the manager of the day, who will swap places with an English duke and go back to the Middle Ages.
