Georgian students begin the school year later than their Russian peers - in this year's first bell will ring in the country on September 16. Starting this year, textbooks in all public schools of Georgia will be issued free of charge. In addition, the first-graders, as in previous years, will get free netbooks. It is expected that innovation will affect all 640,000 students, even such as a nine-year Bacho Tsiklauri from the mountainous village of Makart. In total 30 people live here, including four children. The three older children are in high school, located in the neighboring village, four kilometers from Makart and Bacho - the only elementary school student in his native village.
