President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych signed on Monday an order to move to a contract principle of formation of the armed forces. Launched October 1st autumn conscription will be for the Ukrainian conscripts last.
According to the decree, which began Oct. 1 call servicemen in military units will be the last: graduate conscript service in 2014. At the same time the call to service in the internal troops of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine for the "citizens of Ukraine male, which on the day of departure in the military part of 18 years of age and older persons under 25 years of age and not eligible for exemption or deferment for military service ", will be held for at least twice - in spring and autumn 2014.
Recall, the armed forces of Ukraine is already completed with contracted by 50%.
