There Kaliningrad University. Formerly called KSU (Kaliningrad State University), now renamed BFU (Baltic Federal University of) them. Kant!
It includes a pretty good library. Last year, the University Library throwing books ... Yes, that's thrown as household waste in a container!
That's what the eyewitnesses wrote:
"Today, while at work, seen as the University at University Street rid of books. They were thrown in the trash, and as you can see, a lot of books. Container almost completely filled with them. Several co-workers ran to rummage in books and found such that for over 200 years! They took them home ... »
Is then the university may bear the name of the philosopher Immanuel Kant ??? It seems that Kant would hardly did so with books!
Of course, I understand that the era of the Internet and high-tech ... but throw the book, the more so rare ... Maybe something I do not understand ...
