Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Ministry of Defence today to implement a comprehensive inspection unexpected readiness of the Western and Central Military District. This was announced by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
Putin instructed to check the ability of the troops to action in dealing with crises that threaten Russia's military security and anti-terrorism situation, the sanitary-epidemiological and man-made, according to Radio Liberty.
