Iran has offered to Russian companies to take part in the development of a number of oil and gas fields, he told reporters Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak. According to him, the proposal was discussed at today's meeting of the Permanent Russian-Iranian commission on trade-economic cooperation.
The head of the Energy Ministry said that during his meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi was agreed to amend the Iranian law such changes, which would open up to Russian oil companies' opportunities to participate in Iranian hydrocarbon projects.
